Suggested Files to Download

These are some programs which are accepted in this squad, and may be of good use to members. Look them over, see what might be of use to you, and go ahead and download them! If you have any other programs you feel should be listed here, or if you have concerns about the acceptance of some of the following files in this guild, let us know.

      -  ICQ: A VERY highly recommended download for all members. It enables you to see when your comrades are online, lurking around the net, even if they are not on B-net. It's widely used, proven, and free of charge..... So go get it! (the link takes you to the official ICQ info page, where you can find out more about the program, and may proceed to download this free Beta version.)

      - mIRC: One of the best IRC clients made for Windows. With the recent change to meetings being held on IRC, if u have Windows, this is your best bet.

      - Anti-crash: One of the many anti-crash patches out there. It is effective for Windows users. If you are still routinely getting knocked off of B-net by malicious connection crashers, try this link which will describe the bug caused intentionally by other users(frequent loss of connection, or blue error screen), and offer downloadable solutions.

      - Battle.net Buddy Monitor: Shows you who is, and who is not currently logged onto B-net, and includes the location of a player who is currently logged onto B-net.

Note: When adding names to your Buddy list, the "handle" field may be filled with a player's exact character name, or their B-net ID number(the "#" symbol is needed before the number). The program basically acts as a mass /whois command for all names contained on your list.
May at times temporarily show inaccurate information (including identifying someone as "online" when they are not).

      - Battle.Net Optimizer: A program designed to help players get faster Battle.net connections. May especially (perhaps only) be useful for those with trouble connecting, and getting stuck at the "Searching for the fastest Battle.net server..." screen.
      Program created by Jeremy Rule.
